Our Mission Statement:

This document consists of the following Rockstar agreement: Legacy Guidelines, (Policies), Legacy Jewely and accessories Compensation Plan.
When referring to the Rockstar agreement, we are referring to ALL three items described above. All Rockstars are responsible for reading all of the information contained herein and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this agreement.
All Rockstars enter into this agreement as independent contractors and shall continue to be, an independent contractor. Under no circumstances shall the Rockstar consider Legacy Jewelry and Accessories to be an employer, nor a partner. Rockstars shall have no authority to act in the name of or on behalf of Legacy Jewelry and Accessories or to bind Legacy Jewelry and Accessories to any contract or agreement or any other arrangement whatsoever. Rockstars are not entitled to any benefits including, 401k contributions or pension plan, workers' compensation, unemployment insurance, vacation or sick pay.
The purpose of this agreement and the policies herein, is to define the relationship between Rockstars and Legacy Jewelry and Accessories. All Rockstars are required to comply with this agreement as well as with all federal, state and local laws governing the Rockstars business activities.
1)All Rockstars are bound to all rules or regulations regarding the sales of our jewelry. Any Rockstars who completes an account to join MUST be 18 years of age or older and states acceptance of the age requirement. Entering into this agreement and contract states you are 18 years of age or older. Multiple accounts per household are allowed however only one account per person of age is allowed. Duplicate accounts will not be approved.
2) Rockstars are allowed to refer other Rockstars and will earn commission based on those efforts.
3) Rockstars MAY sell products of a competing company in regard to similar products. (i.e. - you may sell jewelry or accessories from any other company) HOWEVER if any additional companies consist of jewelry where the company focus is primarily jewelry IT MUST be kept separate from Legacy Jewelry and Accessories. Social Media groups and V.I.P. Groups must be kept separate. Social Media live videos and sales must be kept separate. Social Media pages must be kept separate. There is to be NO co-mingling between companies. Live sales conducted on personal pages must be kept separate but, can be done on the same personal page.
4) Rockstars are NOT allowed to share their affiliate ID this is your personal code if you do this will result in closure of your account and will not be eligible to rejoin.
5) Rockstars make no claims or promises in regard to earnings or commissions in any forms of advertising or means to recruit.
6) Legacy Jewelry and Accessories does NOT offer refunds! Due to the nature of an affiliate based company commissions are paid on orders and cannot be retracted once paid. If an item has been received defective or broken and has been purchased direct from Legacy Jewelry and Accessories website you have 5 days to notify us form the date of receipt for a replacement or credit ONLY. Rockstars are responsible for their own refund policy regarding sales from personal inventory. We reserve the right to substitute items that are defective or out of stock.
7) Jewelry may NOT be sold for LESS than the listed prices on the website while operating as an active affiliate. Selling any item for less than the listed website prices will result in account closure and termination. Rockstars may offer purchase incentives such as free shipping or buy 1 get 1 free. As long as the actual price of an item is not discounted incentives are allowed. Rockstars are allowed to give away items of their choosing for games, incentives and other giveaways of their choosing. Giveaways do not need to be jewelry related or Legacy Jewelry and Accessories products. Rockstars are allowed to sale jewelry to other active ROCKSTARS for a discounted price decided between the two Rockstars in a private conversation. Selling for less than the website pricing to customers or previous non active Rockstars will result in account termination.
8) LOGO USE
The Legacy Jewelry and Accessories LOGO is prohibited from use without prior approval from Legacy Jewelry and Accessories Corporate. To request approval, the IMAGE requesting approval must be summited to submit a request for approved image please send your request and a picture of the image to legacycompanyceo@gmail.com ALL PHOTOS contained on this website and those released with jewelry image.
9) Changing Sponsorship
Rockstars may change sponsors only once. Please submit your request by email to legacycompanyceo@gmail.com.
